'Kadosh' itself is not often used in English, but noun forms (as in 'lashon kodesh' לשון קודש , 'Shabbos kodesh' שבת קודש, 'kedushah' קדושה) are very commonly used, especially by Orthodox and non-Orthodox religious Jews.
